These Terms of Service explain how you may use Albert, including the web experience, mobile apps, and AR avatar features.
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping sign-in details secure.
Albert provides an AR smart avatar that can listen, respond, and keep useful context across conversations.
Features may change as we improve the product. We may add, update, or retire parts of the service with reasonable notice when possible.
Do not use Albert to harass others, break the law, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse voice, messaging, or memory systems.
We may suspend or terminate access if use puts the service, other users, or our systems at risk.
Paid plans unlock higher usage limits and additional capabilities. Pricing and entitlements are shown before purchase.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are managed by those stores under their billing rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albert is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
